Within the warranty of the product, Felicity solar will provide customers with after-sales protection, support maintenance or replacement of the machine if there is some questions from the product.

 

Provide standard warranty service for products with valid warranty. Not covered the warranty as follow:

 

1) Without permission, disassemble the machine, anti-disassemble label is damaged

2) Damage caused by transportation problems
3) Damage caused by improper installation

4) Improper use environment
5) Unauthorized change of product parameters
6) Product key labels are lost, such as product labels and anti-counterfeiting labels

7) caused by force majeure
8) The warranty has expired
